We also take on systems installed by others. We'll look at what you have, tell you honestly what's worth keeping, and get it working. Many fixes happen remotely, and when they can't, we come to you. We're open 24 hours.

Can you work on a system another company installed?
Yes. We regularly take over existing Control4, Savant, Lutron and other systems. We'll assess it, tell you what we find and get it running smoothly.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes. With remote access set up, many issues can be fixed without a visit, often the same day.
Can you simplify my remotes and scenes?
That's one of our favorite jobs. We'll ask how you actually use the system and rebuild the buttons and scenes around that.
